Starter ($5/user/month): expense reports with line-item splits, receipt upload and inbox, the policy engine, approval workflows, reimbursement tracking, up to 25 users and up to 10,000 expenses a year. Business ($9/user/month): everything in Starter plus accounting integrations for QuickBooks and VeloLedger, chart of accounts and GL coding, automatic posting of approved reports, analytics dashboards, delegated submission and approval, single sign-on, and unlimited users and expenses. Enterprise ($15/user/month, minimum 10 users): everything in Business plus multi-entity support, budgets checked at submission, the compliance control set, and a hash-chained audit log.
None yet, and we would rather say so. Receipt extraction, category and GL suggestion, plain-language policy explanations and ad hoc cost analysis are in development. The compliance controls that ship today — duplicate detection, amount outliers, violation density and approver concentration — are deterministic rules, not machine learning, and they raise a finding for a human to review rather than reaching a verdict on their own. When the AI features ship, every one of them will be available on every paid plan.

Expensify Control is $9 per user with the Expensify Card and $18 without, so VeloExpense matches the card-linked price without asking you to run a corporate card programme through your expense policy. SAP Concur is quote-only and typically well above both. One difference worth knowing before you compare invoices: Expensify bills only users who were active in the period, while VeloExpense bills everyone who can sign in.
